I’m Cher Fuller. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked in digital strategy, CRM, and loyalty for some of the world’s most culturally influential brands—including Nike, Alo Yoga, Forever 21, Playboy, and Taco Bell. Across those roles, I learned early that the inbox isn’t just a channel—it’s one of the most personal ways a brand shows up in someone’s life.
My work has always been rooted in curiosity about people and culture: how trust is built, how attention is earned, and why some messages feel welcome while others don’t. Growing up with a sister who has Special Needs shaped that lens, teaching me to pay closer attention to individuality and to lead with care. Combined with years spent deeply immersed in Gen Z culture—both professionally and through coaching—it’s informed how I think about tone, timing, and respect in messaging.
